Sick of My Surge - Stops Synching

I'm sorry. I've tried to love this watch. But I quit. The constant sync issues are killing me. I have a good phone. Everything else works with it. I have to pair and unpair my Surge multiple times to get it to start synching again. It will stop synching a few days later. My expectations are not being met.

 

I truly wanted to support the little guy. Help the new company out. However, I'm done. I'll probably get a Garmin watch to see if it does any better.

I completely understand where you coming from. Which model of phone are you using? Is it running the latest update? I know that you've already done a lot of steps but I'd like to check this with you. Please let me know if you've done each one of the steps in this post. I'm very interested in helping you out with this! Consider this as the last thing to try, maybe we can make it work properly.
