Hi,

I believe that the surge has the hardware ability to monitor sleep stages, why not implement it?

Can someone direct me to an answer to "why has my sleep record stopped?" for the last 2 weeks.

@neverawrongturn, not sure have you tried restarting the tracker?

Make sure your up for at least 5 minutes before forcing a sync.

Hi,

This was supposed to be a suggestion for the developers, not necessary a search for a solution.

I received a message on another site from a FITBIT Rep saying that FITBIT will not update the SURGE for the new Sleep Stages that the ALTA has.

Sorry @atiroaoj your post is in the Fitbit comunity, where Fitbit users help out each other. As a fellow fitbit users we don't have an answer as to why, which is your question.  I noticed that sleep stages for the Surge have allready  been requested in the Feature Suggestion forum, and waiting for your vote.Screenshot_2017-07-24-12-50-45.png
