How do I get it back?

Hope you’re enjoying the forums @Lynelle310, please receive a warm welcome to our family! Surge automatically track your sleep, so if you're not getting this information must likely it is not connected to your account or it has a hardware issue, please perform this steps to make it work again:

  1. Restart your Surge
  2. Open Bluetooth setting on your phone and delete "Surge" from there (reboot your Bluetooth too)
  3. Open your Fitbit App and go to "Account" > Click on "Set up a device"

I think that this will solve the issues that you have. Let me know if you encounter any error. Smiley Wink
