Hi all,
I'm still unable to sync my Surge, it stopped working on the afternoon of 5 November (Australian Central Daylight Time) and I've had no luck since then. Any further advice anyone can give me? I've been reduced to writing down the last step number before going to bed at night!

Same here. My fitbit stopped working correctly on the 5th. It was only keeping track of steps(no sleep, activity)
I have tried everything, uninstall, restart, refresh, etc. I even tried unpairing and now it wont even pair.
This really sucks !

Sheesh, that's not good to hear at all. On top of it my battery is draining at the rate of knots as well.

Feeling more than a little sheepish..... Turned my Surge off and then back on, update went through, sync worked perfectly.

Oddly enough. Same thing here, not only is everything working as it should now, it also instantly syncs faster than it ever has(had it since June )
My data is still blank for the 5th-6th, like it just stopped working.
