Spike in resting HR over period of time

After checking heart rates for my workouts, I decided to check my resting HR and noticed this spike between August and September, what could lead to that in terms of health? Stress? Side Note: School did begin August 17 in case that matters.IMG_5919.PNGIMG_5920.PNG

Any changes in diet/weight? My resting hr drops drastically while dieting and losing weight, and increases when I overeat and gain weight.

I did begin weight lifting again on September 19th from a month rest period but that's the only difference in work out or diet.

@dakeegsss Welcome to our Community! As @IJGN said changes in your routine may affect your resting HR. Not necessarily something wrong but lets say that you slept less those days while you were adjusting to the school's schedule again? That means your heart/body was less time in a resting state and more time in an alert state where it will be working harder than when sleeping (walking, playing video games, drinking coffee with friends/family, more exhausted than normal due to the "new" schedule after a period of inactivity/vacations). As I can see your resting HR declined and reached a normal level after a month so this could be just a period of adaptation. I want to be very clear that I am not a doctor nor a health professional so if you are worried about this please DO consult your doctor and ask for his/her professional opinion.

@IJGN Thanks for your input in this thread!

Let me know how it goes!
