Step goal notifications on Surge

I do NOT have an app compatible phone so the notifications on the Surge are all that I have.  I have set my goal to be Steps and set my goal at 10,000 steps.  I want to get the vibration notification at 75%, 100%, and 125% of my goal.  The check boxes in the settings are only for mobile and email, not the device.

 

How do I get the multiple notifications on the Surge? Thanks for the help.

You cant. There is one setting and that is for your goal, Its the only time it will notify you. So I dont have a clue as to what you are looking at.
