Surge Batter not holding a charge

I hate to beat a dead horse but I've read all I think I can read on the forum and nothing fits or fixes my Surge battery issue.  The Surge is not my only activity tracker (Sorry Fitbit, you just have not been progressive enough on things like GPS accuracy, waterproof/water resistance, heart monitoring, sleep, etc. on your watches, but I've been a LONG TIME FITBIT USER).  So, it is not used all the time for all activities.  Lately, I have not been able to use it much because each time I reach for it, the watch is dead.  I plug it in to charge and within about 5 minutes it shows, on the watch, the battery is full.  I sync it with the app and the battery shows "green" full.  I put it on and wear for a few hours and notice the battery indicator on the way shows that it is almost empty. The app shows full battery.  I try to turn it off and back on and then yup the battery indicator on the apps shows the battery is almost empty.  I plugged it in again to charge and immediately the watch battery indicator shows almost full.

I charged it yesterday and wore it all day.  I walked my dog this morning.  The battery indicator shows full.  I set the "walk" exercise option and take off.  I get back (2.4 miles), stop the exercise and the battery shows that is down to almost nothing.  I plugged it into charge, right away shows almost full, I unplug and sync with phone, battery shows full.  I'm walking around the house doing chores and one hour later the battery shows drained again. I repeat the process only this time I scour the Surge forum for a quick fix.  I have reset and restarting and recharged and re-synced, unpaired and paired and it's still won't hold a charge consistently.

I've had this Surge for sometime.  If there is no way to change the battery has this Surge met its end now?

Sorry, but the battery is not replaceable. Lithium batteries have a limited life which is greatly reduced if allowed to completely discharge and remain in that condition. The Surge is well over 2 years old now. If you have been leaving it uncharged periodically I would say it is likely permanently damaged.
