Surge Battery charge only last for 12hrs

How many year is the life of the surge battery. Where can I get to replace the battery of my surge as it is almost 3yrs? Since last year the battery does not last for long anymore I need to charge it always and I think the HBR and other functions are not reliable anymore due to this battery issue.

The battery is not replaceable. Mine is also 3 years old and does the same.

 

Its just old and ready to die. Quite frankly I wish mine would so I could move on. Smiley Very Happy  But it keeps hanging in there.

 

You can  do this but it doesn't help mine anymore.

Lucky you for your Surge to have lasted that long - mine (a replacement sent out of warranty) is doing a similar thing but is only 12 months old - I think they've given up on the Surge and now just want to charge more for other items (hopefully with better (some) quality)
