Hello support,
Firstly, I have read several of the already posted articles re battery dying quickly on the Surge. I shall start by stating that I have charged my Surge.
In a couple days, my Surge has been running out of battery within 24 hours if not less. I have checked all settings on both the watch and in the App and I have shot down my Surge several times. Nothing seems to help? My watch was fully charged before I went to bed last night and it is already showing that the battery is almost empty!
What needs to be done to fix this?
Thanks

Welcome aboard to our Community @prettypearl14. I'm curios to know when you refer you already shut down your tracker you refer to a restart? If you haven't try this here is a post with the steps in case you need them.
Also another recommendation is to make sure you tracker is charging properly, I'm recently started using a Surge and the charging cable was not making proper contact so my battery was draining fast since the charge was receiving was not good. Try with cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your Fitbit Surge. Over time the contacts can accumulate dirt and debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around to help you.
