I got this surge a few weeks ago from Fitbit as a replacement for a previously faulty one. The side buttons don't seem to be working. Or if they do there's a 30 sec+ delay. Anyone else had a similar problem? Or got a fix?
The screen still swipes okay but I need the buttons to work to use it properly (obviously).
I've tried all the usual reset stuff...

Doing the restart 3 times can help.
If if doesn't then contact support again
