Surge: Corrupted Data? Help

Hi can anyone help. I went for a run tonight 21/12/2017.

 

when I go it I synced my Fitbit surge with my Apple iPhone and the data came up on my Fitbit app as being 5/12/2017 and no gps data maps appear and the Fitbit claims I’ve run for over 400 hours!!!! 

 

Ive tried a soft reset of the Fitbit. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app....

 

the data remains corrupted. Please help

That's really odd. We usually don't advise to delete the Fitbit App but now that you did it, this should be showing the correct  information. Would you mind sending an screenshot of what you have there. Also, keep tracking your steps to see if this is an ongoing issue.
