Surge Fell off wrist

I bought a second hand surge on Thursday, on Friday it fell off my wrist and I thought I'd lost it, luckily enough it was in my car. Worried about wearing it now in case it happens again. Had with issue with jawbone and the Sent out free secure clasps that did the trick.

Anyone else experienced the same? Very disappointed in such an expensive product

The Surge has a pretty sturdy clasp with a secondary holding strap. I do not know anyone who has had it fall off. You say you bought it second hand. Perhaps something is broken on it?

hi. there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the clasp and it was sold to me in perfect working order. I have a larger wrist and have to have it on the last hole, which doesn't appear to give it much security

My thoughts are the same than @SunsetRunner, my Surge has never fallen off of my wrist due to the claps is very secure. Would you mind to send a picture of your tracker?

 

See @WendyB's advice in this post, maybe that would help you to prevent a lost tracker.
