Surge Home button not working

Hi All,

For last few days, am unable to use Home button to use RUN option. And now it has stopped syncing as well. Using new Clock sync, i could shutdown Surge from Settings. But now in spite of pressing Home button it is not starting again. Someone please help as i bought this Surge only a month back and it wont work now.

Moderator - could you please help?

Sadly, they will only support if your fitbit is in warranty.

There must be another way to reset surge.. sad that even the replacement conks off within an year. You expect such an expensive watch to last atleast for 3 years!!
