If you are still within warranty then fitbit will normally replace the Surge. The warranty runs for 2 years in Europe, 1 year elsewhere.
If you are within warranty then you can contact customer support via http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=US
Best Answer@Saveus Amazon and E-bay sell Aftermarket replacement bands (but I don't think any are leather). Also. YouTube has "How to" video's to show how to change the band. FYI. The Surge has been discontinued and replaced by the Ionic. Good luck.
That is not true. You CAN change band, I have changed my surge band a few times, but I really would like a leather band.
Best AnswerDefinitely try contacting Fitbit support as they may be able to help with a replacement.
