I want to ask - Does Fitbit send a Charge HR for a damaged surge replacement? Because I receive a mail stating that they have 3 sizes in Fitbit Charge HR whereas I shall receive a replacement with a Surge only. This made me inquisitive about whether Fitbit is sending me a Charge HR or a Surge (which is to be sent!)

I have never heard of a different fitbit model being provided as a replacement and would feel it's unlikely that they would offer a lower specification model as a warranty replacement.

 

It might be best to give them a call / email to check though - it would be easier to sort out now than later
