Surge Restarting Itself

My Surge went flat, after recharging it now wont stay on, keeps turning itself off and putting the fitbit logo on the screen and then going to the run screen.  Then after a few seconds turns itself off, back to the fitbit logo and then the run screen....over and over and over.  Will shut down but when i turn it back on the same thing happens...help!

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
