Did a 10K run and stopped my Surge tracker exactly at about 10.01, reviewed the data on the tracker, average pace was 5:41 and was quite pleased with the run. After the run I walked for a short while wearing the tracker but was not tracking anything. Came home and synced with the wireless sync dongle and Fitbit Connect. The Fitbit Connect App shows distance as 10.39 km but my Fitbit Dashboard shows only a walk at the end. All the run data is missing. As I can see the run distance captured by Fitbit connect, the complete data including HR, GPS track, splits should be there but I am unable to find it. I synced several times to no avail.
Anyone face a imilar situation and do you have an answer? Appreciate your help.
