Surge - Setup Inconvenience

I have bought a fitbit surge today and trying to set it up.


The watch itself - I can't get off the initial screen (configuration, let's get started etc screen)

 

When I try to update the tracker it can't find it.

 

Any suggestions please?

Welcome to the Community @Staceyp81. I recommend Restarting your Surge and after the restart process do the Setup Procedure one more time. Try from a computer and if it doesn't work try from a phone. You can contact our Support Team is these steps don't work.
