Bought my Surge at Heathrow on my way back to Botswana. 6 months down, the starp is broken. It started as a bubble and the covering of the watch was detached on both sides of the watch.
I thought it was meant to be worn 24/7. I use it to track my daily walking and other activities.
Now I am stuck with the watch as there are no dealers her ein Botswana. Do I get a replacement strap? Are there any warranties on this?
Best AnswerHi, @Getafix! I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly. They should be able to fill you in on what your options are. There should be a warranty still on your product. How long it is depends on where you bought it, etc (usually 1-2 years).
