Surge Strap

Following a long conversation with support this evening to arrange my third replacement Fitbit Surge in less than a year I was surprised to see so many posts on here all reporting the same thing.

The Fitbit Surge is advertised as the 'Ultimate Fitness Super Watch' so should be able to cope with different sporting activities yet the strap is far from fit for purpose.

I commend Fitbit on their quick response in providing a replacement but I would rather the strap be fixed than receive a new one every few months which I then need to configure.

Any chance of getting this sorted Fitbit?

I was provided the link by Fitbit Support having contacted them and told to post here alongside my on-line chat and email as the developers and product managers actively review these forums.

Looking through previous forums, they have responded to a few as well which would suggest they do.
