Since May 9th I am not able to sync data between my Surge and Nexus 5.
The device is recognized in the bluetooth settings.

Welcome to the Community @jwbanning. If your tracker is not syncing with your Android phone, I recommend following the Syncing Troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should sync properly and without an inconvenience.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()

I had endless problems with my Nexus 4. I never really got it to work properly despite following all the instructions, reinstalling everything multiple times etc. There clearly are problems.
One thing that may be worth trying is going to your phone's bluetooth settings, selecting the surge and then 'forget'. Then restart the app and attempt to sync. For some reason it sometimes works and is much easier than all the fitbit recommendations.
