Surge TimeZone issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I travel a lot for work and I live on the East coast.  Yesterday, when traveling to the West coast, I pulled out my iPhone and synced my surge and it correctly set the time while I was in Denver (MST).  I then completed my trip to San Diego and when I got there, i did the same exact thing, pulled out my iPhone, synced it with my Surge, but the time did not change this time.

I looked at the Dashboard on my iPhone and it correctly says that the time zone is Los Angeles (PST), but the Surge will not change.

Any ideas?

On my iPhone, the timezone is set to Automatic.

It's great to see you around @SunsetRunner. If your Surge is not showing the correct time, I recommend restarting it by following @MeylinP's instructions. If this procedure doesn't work, change your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync it one more time.

To change your timezone do the following from your iOS Fitbit app:

1. Tap account
2. Tap Advanced Settings
3. Checked your timezone

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
