My Surge keeps stopping syncing and I have to do a reset. This happens weekly. I am on version 16.34.5.14. How can I see when my device was updated to this version to see if the upgrade caused the problem? If that's the case I will try to upgrade to the latest release but am concerned as another user has reported that she is having problems with the upgrade

There is a link to upgrade to the next version which started rollout mid-October.
But you have answered my query as it obviously wasn't the upgrade to 16.34 etc which caused the problem
