Surge Won't Swipe or Shut Down and Has Green Light

My Surge stopped swiping a couple of days ago, and so I can't swipe to Settings to do a complete shutdown. I've tried restarting a couple of times but nothing.

There was a red light on the face, but now it's turned to green. 

 

Should I plan a funeral for it? Any suggestions?
