Hi, like many other Surge users my Wristband has broken and come away from the watch face. Today it just fell off my wrist and I can no longer return to Amazon because I bought it on the 3rd of January 2017.
It seems incredibly opaque and unclear on how to contact customer support and get it repaired or replaced, please advise on what I'm supposed to do. I'm in the UK if that makes a difference.

Hi, @gringofyx, all Fitbits sold in the EEA are covered by a 2 year warranty (who knows what will happen after Brexit, but luckily your Surge is covered for now).
If your Surge is broken, I would suggest you get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com. Be sure to let them know that you are in the UK, the date of your original purchase, and, ideally, a photograph of the damage to your Surge wristband.
They will take it from there.
