My Fitbit Surge is acting up lately. It started making a lot of climbed floors while I run on a treadmill or doing a FitStar workout. My Fitbit Charge HR doesn't do this. Has anyone experienced the same thing? I already tried shutting it down ang back on and I did a hard reset as well but to no avail.
Any comment or suggestion to get it fixed will be very much appreciated.
I reported the problem to Fitbit Suport and it was determined that my 13 month old Surge is defective. A replacement order has been placed and should be here in 7 days!
mine will sometimes say I've done a certain amount of floors, and I definitely don't think I did any floors. The other day it said I had done 11 floors, and I know for a fact that did not happen.
