Surge active minutes and band

Hi I've had my Fitbit surge since Christmas and it has been working great till recently. It syncs everything but my active minutes to the app. I go to the gym every day for an hour so I know what it should say. It usually says 10-20 minutes so I don't complete my active minutes for the day. Also my band is starting to come off near the screen. Any suggestions? Thanks!

For the active minutes, feel free restarting the tracker:

Regarding the band, as the band is part of the tracker & can't be replaced ourself.
