I have been doing daily exercise via Beachbody on Demand. PiYo, Hammer & Chisel, 21Day Extreme Fix. All very active/demanding but my Surge is not recording any activity (including those times of running in place). Any insights will be appreciated.

Best AnswerHi @spitfire1
The Surge tracks (walking, running, outdoor bike, elleptical, Sport, Aerobic workouts) automatically when set up to track those activities on the trackers settings page , a activity can be disabled so it's never tracked, or the time can be increased from 10 up to 90 minutes for how long the activity has to be done to be able to automatically recognized.
On the trackers settings page (computer) (click the above link), it's also possible to edit the exercises shortcuts, which appear on the tracker when wanting to track a certain exercise (from the exercises shortcuts), before doing the activity, for example 'yoga', push the left button on the Surge, scroll to exercise,.. tap the screen.. your chosen activities are shown here, scroll to 'yoga' (if having set up the tracker to display the activity)..
Push the button to start the activity, your tracker displays the total time, heart rate.. after exercising, push the stop button on the Surge.. in this example 'yoga' has been tracked with the Surge, and the exercise appears as 'yoga' on the account (recent exercises tile & log - activities).
There's a shortcut 'workout' which can be used for any activity if the activity doing isn't available in the preconfigured exercises shortcuts or when the certain activity can't be picked up automatically..

Best AnswerI posted a couple days ago but my post has disappeared. Not sure if it was moved or deleted?
My Surge is not recording activity i.e. exercizing/activity (pilates, yoga, running in place, HIIT type activity). Please advise.

Best AnswerThanx again for your response! Very helpful. I had already set up the activities (checked them & assigned "times") but did not hit the button on the L when I started the activity. Guess I should read the instructions!! Sorry!!
