I just got off the phone with customer service like 10 mins ago. They informed me there is not replacement or fix to the band if you have expired your warranty. The only solution they have is to offer a 25% off a new replacement for you. I think this is just crazy when the band is like $15 to make and maybe $10 for install but they have no shop to send it to. They are loosing money as a company and people will go to another brand of tracker so they can replace the band when it breaks for cheap.
I checked out the Blaze last night in person and it still has a the spot where it can rip like the surge but at least you can by a new band for it so that is a plus.

@Inban I'm sorry to hear that your wristband got damaged, if your tracker still under warranty you'll be eligible for a replacement.
@RunnerErik I agree with you the Blaze is a pretty nice device besides the interchangeable bands it has color screen, Multi - Sport, SmartTrack and many other features.
