Hey all,
My Surge Band is starting to bubble again and this will be the fourth time in replacing.
This is is a known production issue across the forums. Can someone from Fitbit corporate respond as to why this is happening to thousands of people repeatedly and what is being done about it?
This has got to a critical PR point.

I just bought a new Surge (yeah, I know) and have also bought a replacement band off evilbay ready when needed.
I had read up on the Surge first so know the issues.
From reading the threads I got the impression fitbit don't replace/fit the band for you? So the replacement bands are all 3rd party? and who fits them? Or did fitbit replace yours?
I have looked at utube and all bar one of the videos I looked at were wrong/misleading in the band replacement. The one that seemed to know what they were talking about used a glue for the new band.
So I am wondering if the bubbling on the original, and the replacement, bands is due to the glue reacting with the band material? I have seen this sort of thing in some autos when the glue/sealant ages which is what got me got me thinking along these lines.
