Surge band coming apart

I really like my Surge but the band has started to come apart for the second time that I am not happy about because I use my Fitbit faith. Why can't they have better bands or changeable band the Surge now I'm forced to use the other thing that I really don't like but to keep up with my steps I must do what I need to do make a better band for the Surge please cause I do love it over the other trackers.

@Torris49 welcome to the forums! Well, in this case I recommend contacting our Support Team for assistance with your buddy coming apart. I'm sure they will be able to carefully evaluate your case and to provide you options within Fitbit's limited 1 year warranty. About the changeable bands of the Surge, it's currently not possible as Surge isn't designed to be interchangeable with other bands since the tracker is built into the wristband. Check out other trackers with exchangeable wristbands here.
