Surge band cracked. Help!

My surge band cracked on underside where band meets sensor. Have had it since September 2015. It's my lifeline!!! Can't figure out how to contact customer service for options. From what I've read I will need to replace whole thing? Ideas?

Yes, the Surge is an all in one design and would need to be replaced.
