Surge band cracked and torn near underside screws

Thought to just add I have this problem as well, plus wear on the edges of the strap around the watch face. The strap will fail completely soon, no doubt. This watch is not fit for purpose and does not perform as described, nor in the way I was led to believe when I purchased the product. The watch is only 14 months old.

@Peter_1234 It's great to see you in the Community! So sorry to hear that your Surge's band is getting cracked. In this case, my best advice is to contact our Customer Support team so they can review your warranty status and provide a solution.
