Surge band cracked

Just want to know what can be done about this surge wristband. 

Mine only lasted a little over 1 year and the band is cracked.

I would like a new one but the warranty is over and they only offer 20% off something new.

Sorry I paid alot for this and we have 2 of them in the house and the other the band has bubbles on it.

I see alotof contact us but no place to email them.

About the two other trackers, if having purchased from the fitbit store and having for less than 45 days from the date of purchase it's possible to get a refund by contacting the fitbit support team as mentioned in Returns & Warranty

 

There are fitbit trackers with exchangeable bands, feel free to check out the fitbit article How do I change my wristband?
