Surge band cracking by screws

I've had my Surge for a couple months and my band is already cracking by the four "screws" on the inside of the watch band next to the "face" of the watch. Is this common after such a short amount of time? Can it be replaced?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @Breeze73. Sorry to hear about the damage to your Surge. The Fitbit Surge’s screen is made of Gorilla glass 3, this means your tracker shouldn't experience this type of incidents. Please contact Customer Support for assistance with your product. They will let you know if it can be replaced and what can be done.
