Surge bands

For those of you with surges beware the bands will eventually bubble and come off. I had one replaced for free but the replacement did the same. They said replacements are not under warranty and offered a discount to purchase a new one? This one was less than a year old

@AGFit1the warranty period is 365 days from date of the original Fitbit. Had your replacement had a problem within that time frame, it would have been covered. A discount of 25% is nice.

Not everyone with a Surge has had the problem you discribe. I know a few who have worn the Surge for well over a year without any band problem. Sorry it happened to you.
