Fitbit Surge shows full battery charge but Dashboard shows Low charge.
How to resolve this?

By having your Surge tell the Fitbit server the status of the battery, this is done through a sync.. Does the dashboard steps match the step count on the Surge? If so then refresh the browser.. Or if your on the phone, you haven't said, log out and back in.
