What are our options?
One year...just one year after getting my Surge during that prebuy period, my Surge can barely hold a charge for a day.
This means I sacrifice things like sleep tracking because I need that time to charge the watch.
What can we do?
Get a new battery installed?
Send the Surge in and swap for another (for a fee of course)?
I'm quite content with my Surge but if batteries are only going to last a year, especially to coincide with a new product release (coincidence I'm sure), that's a product line I can't support.
