Surge doent populate data on watch for Run Mode with GPS On

Hi All,

Recently purchased Fitbit Surge, Required help for Run Mode with GPS on

 

I dont see statistics when surge is in Run mode (free run) + GPS ON ( vibrate).

I do run for 6 Km to 10 km span with earlier sport tracker mobile app with GPS on. 

Now with surge on wrist with Run mode & once GPS found successfully, after pressing start button,it is not getting start. ( start Button remains as it is ), ideally after clicking start button, PAUSE button should be shown in on going session ,due to this  I dont see any statistics on watch. 

after finishing and synch with mobile fitbit app, data do successfully capture but map is missing on activity log.

 

I want to see run time statistics on watch when GPS successfully ON with Run Mode. 

Can anybody help to configure since it is shown on fitbit website that we can see statistics

@AnilP A warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! Seems odd that your Dashboard is not showing the map of your exercise. I'd like to know if you are covering the time that your tracker needs in order to recognize the running activity. The time is set on your Dashboard.

 

Also, please provide a screenshot of the activities page where the map and GPS info is missing.
