Surge exercise isn't syncing

Hi,

My surge seems to choose when it wants to sync my exercise, more often it chooses not to. The last 3 runs I've been on (including today) my run has not been synced to the app. The steps and distance have been recognise but the app doesn't think I've been on a run, despite selecting this option and successfully submitting the summary after each run by pressing the action button.

What's going on?! It's a very expensive device which isn't working to its full advantage!

Allow me to help,  in this case I recommend you the following

 

- Restart your surge

- Log out form the app and log back in

- Verify that your mobile network is working properly
