Anyone encounter this: short of a year, my Surge band was falling apart. Fitbit replaced it. But the replacement doesn't charge, doesn't work. Their help desk says it must be faulty but will not replace it, as they think they met their warranty guarantee by replacing the original Surge. But actually they didn't as the replacement doesn't work. I'm not in the position to be able to buy a new product.
