Surge feedback

I have had my Fitbit surge since Christmas time last year (just a little over a year). It used to be a decent product. Would sync with my phone and did a decent job at tracking my activity. About 6 months into using it I started having battery issues. I put in a support ticket and got a replacement device. That replacement device STILL had battery issues. But with the last software update those issues disappeared. Around the time I got my replacement device, my fitbit stopped syncing with my phone so I started using the mac app and web dashboard. It sucked but at least it worked. Unfortunately now, it wont sync with my computer either. After several attempts to even find the device it finally sync. Said "Sync Successful" but didn't actually sync. Wish I wouldn't have wasted my time on this product and just spent the $250 on a smart watch instead. Didn't realize each fitbit was only good for 6 months at a time. Utter disappointment

I have had the same problems with two Fitbit Surges. They won't hold a charge and the wrist straps break. After this happened the first time, I called the help desk and got a replacement Surge but it started happening almost right away; same problems.  I can't believe that these products are so expensive yet don't work worth a darn. Frustrating. Very hesitant to buy anything by Fitbit ever again.
