Surge foggy screen and not syncing

I've had my surge for 6 months and the screen is foggy and is not syncing. My phone can't even find it. I've rebooted both and nothing.

I'm having exactly the same issue. Only had mine for 2 months. I don't wear it in the shower or bath yet I have condensation/foggy screen!? There are no marks on it and I haven't dropped it so can only point to it being defective. Coincidental or not the device will not sink with my iPhone now either no matter what I try.
