I am currently training for my sixth marathon. This is my first time training using my FitBit surge. I have been loving it up until the past couple of weeks on my long runs. I did my 14 today and it kept freezing up on me. I don't know if it was the colder weather or my sweat but now it is frozen on the home screen and my buttons aren't working. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi @ekg262! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Wow! It looks like you're really into running, congrats! Well, If you're taking care your Surge with this tips after using it, the sweat shouldn't be an issue. I would suggest connecting your Surge and try the restart while it is connected, to see if this helps your Surge to start charging again.
If this is able to come back after that, follow this syncing steps to see if it was working while your last run. I'd like to know if your Surge is able to connect with your phone after this, let me know if you encounter any error while doing so.
Good luck with your upcoming competition!
