Surge going blank/turning off?!?!

Hi, need help, has Surge for 8 days, it's froze, did "reboot", seemed ok but now it has started going blank/turning off and will only come back on by plugging in charger! Then sometimes it's ok for 10 mins-6hrs and "off" it goes!!!
Any ideas guys??

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Shoeyfire. It's great to have you here. This is definitely not an expected behavior. Please perform a restart to your Surge. Additionally, it could be a good idea plugging the charging cable on a different USB port. This should get you back on track. Let me know how it goes.
