Surge hasn't tracked any of my steps or activity

This morning I did my usual morning workout - 30 mins high intensity followed by 30 minute walk on the treadmill.  At the time of my workout my watch was playing up so after my HIIT session I had to restart my watch; I thought it was working fine because I started my phone app and it all looked to be syncing.  When I'd walked out of the gym my phone app said I'd done 7k steps in total for the day.   This morning I've had to restart my watch again because the syncing had stopped working on both my phone and computer.   Now it's syncing again it says I've only done 1.4k steps for the day and had no active minutes??  Is anyone else having the same issues?

You may need to reset the Surge three times in succession to clear multiple glitches. To be on the safe side, I would also delete and reinstall the app on your phone and reboot the phone too. If that doesn't sort things out, I think it's time to call customer support.

Yes i have had these issues. Talk about being paranoid over my surge. I wear it in my sock a lot (or pocket) because it stops if I pick up my baby OR ANYTHING that weighs a pound. When you mentioned the treadmill if you put your hand on the bar it will not count it.
