Surge heart rate monitor

My heart rate moniter is not working on my "Surge"
I am fully charged. No green light. Suggestions?

Starting with obvious, is it switched to 'On' in the settings?

Hi @Gi1pper welcome to our Fitbit Community!

In order to make sure the PurePulse device on your Surge is working properly, follow the steps below:

 

> Access to your Fitbit account on your PC > Go to your Settings and change your heart rate from Auto or On to Off.

> Restart your device and sync it.

> Your heart rate should now be working.
