Hi - i am new here. Hopefully i am not asking something i should already know. I have setup new surge and been wearing for last few days. The surge i had before i never had operating with app.
Initially i thought it was meant to be working (heart monitor) all day/night but noticed that stats were only appearing on my iphone from midnight to midday period. Then yesterday afternoon, stats from midday to midnight of the day before turned up. Today sleep stats are there but not heart stats from midday yesterday. And now neither are heart stats from midnight till present. Went to website to query and looked at dashboard and all my heart stats were there. Has anyone had this happen with iphone? and if so were you able to fix it? Thank you for any advice - fiona

Welcome to the Community @Fionamycloud! This is pretty weird. If you're seeing your heart rate data in your Dashboard then it should totally appear in your iPhone app. I would like you to log out of the app and force quit it. Also, make sure you have the latest version of it which is 2.29.
If after this, you're still not seeing the heart rate info provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing in your app and online Dashboard. So, I can further investigate it.
Keep me posted!
