I have tried everything that I could find for correcting the not swiping issue. Turned on and off multiple times, disconnected the Bluetooth pairing and re-paired with my phone, etc. The only help I received from the Fitbit help was to turn it on and off again. My Surge is only 5 months old and I am not impressed. Does anyone have anything new that I can try?
