Surge is tracking when I ride my motorcycle.

I am aware the surge will log activity when you ride a motorcycle. To combat this I power off my surge and put it in my tank bag or tour pack. I am also aware that floors and steps can be negated by adding a driving activity. But lately my surge has been powering itself on during the ride and reports that I have climbed 30 to 50 floors, yet when I go to my activity log to negate them with the driving activity they do not show up there. Any thoughts on how I can correct this?

Hello there my friend, @JayDogMan Very Happy It's unfortunate to hear that your tracker is recording floors that shouldn't be there. Man Frustrated What comes to my mind is that maybe in your tank bag is moving so much that the button is hit with something until it turns on. For this I suggest to keep your Surge inside a little box or some sort of protection to avoid it from turning back on, while you ride your motorcycle.

Thanks for reporting that the driving option is not working, we've been hearing this lately, it seems that it works in some cases and some others not, but out engineers are aware of this situation. So at the moment there is no option to revert or delete this floors, however you can stop what is causing them.

I hope this helps, let me know what you think. 🙂
